- Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may be rejected.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain products, such as those related to hygiene or safety, may not be eligible for return.
- These restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds for COD orders may be processed as store credit or through an alternative refund method agreed upon with you.
